25. We Are a Family Business
At our core, Millennium Consulting is truly a family business. CEO and founder Paul Hansen is joined at work every day by his brother Jim Hansen, Sr. VP of Customer Engagement, and daughter Jamie K. Hansen, Director of Marketing & Administration. Over our 25 years in business, many members of the Hansen family have worked for and with Millennium Consulting in various roles, including recruiting, sales, reception, and administration.
Not everyone at Millennium Consulting shares the Hansen name, but each and every member of our team is considered and treated as family. We highly value all of our employees and strive to create an atmosphere where everyone is happy, well taken care of, and motivated to do their absolute best work. This strategy has brought us and our team success for 25 years, and we don’t plan on changing that any time soon!
