Desktop Support Technician

Description:

2+ years.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT requests via email, phone, or in person
  • Work closely with existing Technical Support staff
  • PC builds from pre-defined images or custom build
  • Dual monitor set up on PC based systems
  • Deploy PCs and printers to end users
  • Configure local or network printers end users
  • Migrate settings, documents, and custom software installed by end users

Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows desktop administration, domain administration, and thin client computing
  • Ability to clarify solutions in technical and non-technical terms
  • Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and SCCM a plus
  • Experience with large scale deployments a plus
