Technical Support Specialist III

Description:

Direct Hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for client technology needs
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and provide expert level support for client/desktop systems administration, mobile devices, client-server, and web-based solutions
  • Act as subject matter expert, technical lead, client lead, and/or project lead/manager
  • On-call, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours when required

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a desktop or technical support role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with RFx process and brief document writing/presenting
  • Experience with business requirement gathering
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills
  • Ability to life up to 50 pounds
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
